SCALELISTEDIT ERROR

hi,

i am having problems with my scalelistedit comand. it seems that my computer or acad version brings in weird xref scales in even if there is no xref in the drawing. i attached the error details i get when i type it in.
anyone any idea how to get rid of that bug?
