    Angry Drawing window not maximized

When AutoCAD Civil 3D - Land Desktop Companion opens a drawing (previously created) the drawing window is not maximized. (The main window is.)

This happens EVERY TIME, despite saving the drawing in a maximized window.

    Any suggestions?

I have tried many things to fix this but it is still opening files in a smaller window.

    Any suggestions are appreciated!!

I believe if you go to your CUI and remove a pull down menu that you are not using very often will cure this problem. I suggest removing the window or the help menu.

Another option is to set a workspace with the window maximized,
and use a startup script to set that workspace current. this has solved the problem for me
