Default Correctly justify text/mtext/attributes modified via ObjectDBX

Description: Currently text/mtext/attribute objects with anything other than bottom left justification that are modified via ObjectDBX will be placed as if they are bottom left justified.

How Used: Fixing this bug will enable batch modifications to many drawings. Currently each drawing with text modified via ObjectDBX must be subsequently opened and tweaked

Affinity: Many batch processing efforts would benefit from this fix.

Agreed. It is a shame this issue still exists.
