Anybody have any luck logging into Autodesk subscription center? when the log in dialog comes up as soon as you put in your user the screen goes blank. thanks

I just logged in, no problem.

Edit: Oh, good point, R.K. I'm using IE8 as well. IE isn't my primary browser, Chrome and Firefox are what I tend to use, but, the subscription center works best with IE, in my experience.

I am having the same problem with IE 10. The second I type any character into the user name box the screen goes blank. But it works with Firefox.

I use Google Chrome, and it works for me.

If you are using IE 10, after you type in your user name the screen definitely goes blank; but it still works.
Just hit your tab key, type your password and hit the enter key. It'll go in.
Perfect for CAD folk that always know the exact key stroke sequence for everything and can do it blindfolded anyway....
