Why are some dialog boxes locked to a size & shape. Why do some dialog boxes truncate the list of it
Summary: dialog boxes such as the View BLocks under the Multi-View Block Definition Properties and the Custom Blocks under both the Window and Door Style definitions either are locked to a size and shape or truncate the view of items in the list.
Description: I have noticed that in several pop up window dialogs the display of items in a list is truncated for no apparent reason. Even when the window is stretches wider to accomodate the length of the items in the list, they remain truncated. Can this behavior be adjusted ?
The Custom Blocks under both the Window and Door Style definitions is an example of this. The box displays a truncated list of the items, but once you 'Remove' an item from the list, the window displays the complete strings. So the window is capable of showing the whole view, but when initialized, there is a mask or something on it that is truncated.
The View BLocks under the Multi-View Block Definition Properties is an example of a box that can't be expanded in size or shape. When the component names are very long, such as ours, and in many cases the end of the name string has the sequence number or difference between them.
