Default Change Draw Order of Nested Shared Detail Components

Summary: When nesting shared detail components, the ability to dictate the draw order of these shared detail components is completely lost. This results in erroneous and sloppy detail components. It's completely arbitrary.

Description: We have created multiple detail component families that include multiple shared detail components. Using the shared DCs allows us to tag the individual objects as opposed to adding text to each item and it greatly increases productivity. However, the ability to change the draw order of nested shared detail components is lost when they are loaded into the parent family. This completely defeats the purpose for these unless none of the details are overlapping as they display in a random and arbitrary manner. Sometimes when the detail is placed, the nested shared DC is shown on top of the geometry. If it is copied or even if the window is switched, the nested, shared DC will display at the back of the geometry. This is extremely frustrating to say the least, especially when you are trying to develop standards. This is an issue that has been present for many years and we have seen forum entries addressing this dating back to 2009. I feel as though this needs to be addressed at this point.
