    You could use a macro, script, or lisp command macro using the -PLOT command, and after the prompt:
    "Enter plot scale (Plotted Inches=Drawing Units) or [Fit] <1:1>: "
    Enter 1:96

    I have a list of saved Page Setups with a drop-down in my Ribbon that imports whichever I select. Many different ways to do this.
