File Damage After Closing Local Model (Revit Server Problem)

Hello,
I want to ask if someone saw a problem like mine and fixed it.
I have a revit server instance running on Amazon AWS.
I can create central models on it and then pull a local copy for users. All things are fine till now.
The problem is, if any user closed Revit Interface itself before closing the file first, the central model got damaged.
They have to close the file first, then they can close the revit interface.
Tried it too many times from different PCs and also install a revit server on a different provider than amazon and still the same problem.
Test was on revit 2021 and revit server 2021.
Please help if you encountered the same before.

I don't think revit server is supported to run from a cloud location, needs to be on an internal server within the same network as the machines running revit.
