Under Home, Section Views, Create Section View......you can do each one separate or you can recreate all at once using the Create Multiple Views.

Unless you have done any annotations on the previously created sections, I would just recreate the section views for all of the samples lines in that group. It may require adjusting your sheet views, but it could be quicker than trying to fix this issue.
Granted, it would be nice to know how to insert section views from a sample line group.
