Add GeoTIFF COG files

Summary: Add / reference GeoTIFF COG files in AutoCAD / AutoCAD MAP.

Description: Add the ability for "GeoTIFF COG" files to be referenced.

Regular Raster Images, TIFF, and GeoTIFF is usually done with AutoCAD Map Data Connections (FDO Provider), but not available for COG files.

If Map can't do it, AutoCAD never will. You need to request this in the Map Ideas forum. Possibly Raster Design??
