Default Possible to 'pin' a Multileader Block like a C3D label?

I created a block that has a multileader in it and (3) editable attributes. I used dynamic features to allow the block to be flipped, turn the arrowhead/leader on/off, and you can lengthen the leader as well. It would be great if I could get the endpoint of the leader to stay where it's placed and then be able to use the insertion point (or another grip) to move the block around the endpoint of the leader - much like how a C3D Label works.

Is this possible? Perhaps there's another way to make this work?
