Default sign in and clock error

I recently upgraded to civil 3d 2024. after having the software open for a little while, I get several error messages.
see attached images. My computer clock has the correct time and date and time zone.
I do have a valid license, just renewed in January.
when I hit the retry button the "opening Product" dialogue it just returns the same message.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

    thanks

    Some things to check:
    1. correct time zone
    2. daylight savings time
    3. Is your pc timeserver set to an internet time server?

One thing to double check after making sure you have the latest license and Identity updates, is for the Service
    - ADSKLicenseManager – is set to Automatic
