    Default Sill Height Default problem

Hello, I have a custom window family in a upper level(right) with a sill height of 0 (si floor to ceiling window) but it shows in the level below(left) and if i put the default sill height in 0.00 it disappears from de lower level but if i use 0.90(as an example) it appears in the lower level! It doesn't make sense to me... I don't know what am i doing wrong. Please help.

Bonus problem: When the window has a sill height of 0. two gray windows appear simulating the wall lines (does anyone know how to erase that)?

The window family in the plan view has a masking region to simulate the window panels. I don´t know if the default sill height affects that regions maks cut plane or something...
