    Default Stack Fraction Settings associated with text styles

    Summary: The settings for stacking fractions should be associated with text styles.

    Description: I wish stack fraction settings were associated with text styles.

    How Used: Autodesk;

    I wish stack fraction settings were associated with text styles.
    That way you can have different stack fraction settings for different text
    styles.

    Hi Edward

    Could you please explain a little more; at the moment I am not quite understanding your Wish List request (sorry).

    Hi Mike;

    As it is right now auto stack fractions is a global setting.
    I want this setting to be associated with text styles and not be global.
    Say I wanted to have the following auto stack fraction setup.

    Arial text style to have diagonal stacked fraction

    New Times Roman text style to be horizontal stacked fraction

    Courier New text style to be diagonal stacked fraction with removing leading blank.

    Tahoma text style to be diagonal fraction not stacked.

    You can define stacking for dimensions to automatically produce vertical stacked or diagonal stacked fractions. In Mtext you have to use a "/" for vertical stacked and a "#" for diagonal stacked fractions. Whichever style you use, the fractions don't look the same. There needs to be a setting that coordinates the fraction styles between the two and makes them look the same.
