Default VIZ 2005 - Help with Track View Redesign required.

I am trying to understand the "Track View Redesign" and how to create an animation that allows me to control the camera view, does anyone know of a good tutorial i can use or where to find on? I have tried all the Viz stuff but the Track view is so complicated. Please help.

CGS Society does lots of tutorials. Might want to check them out.
