    Default Bedroom in AutoCAD 2007 (April 2007 Pic of the Month)

    This is my recently drawing. I did it for 8 hours.I just want to show how hard to set the light in AutoCAD even in 2007.Did you know how many light I used for this drawing? You won't believe it..........102 lights...

    Nice work, especially the mirrored wall, all very neat and clean.

    2008 is supposed to have better lighting tools.

    Thx, do you ever try 2008? I really need better tools,not only lighting but also modelling tools ...

    Yes, about 80 or 90 lights are used for creating yellow fluorescent lamp above the bed.

    I only played around with 2008 beta a little, didnt really try the 3D or rendering side, although I've read a few articles which say the lighting and rendering capabilities has been improved. The official release should be on the way in the next few weeks.

    Sometimes I get the lighting worked out rather quickly.
    Other times I can play with a file for several hours.

    I feel really lucky to get something I like.

    Looks great. 8 hours... very cool. Thanks for sharing. I like the edges of the mirrors, how they get that darker green.

    Psssttt....that's should be our secret, ok? I make a very thin frame around the mirror, the color it green.
