Anyone know if they made DCM a tool palette in 2009? If not, they need to!!!

Just got 2009, and they didn't. It sure would be wayyyyyyyyy nicer if it was a palette though.

Yeah, sounds like an excuse to change file formats on the next release to me!! I can hear it now:

Customer: why did you change file formats again? Now my 3DS doesn't work and my vendors are ******!!!
