Very Basic Idea - Elevation Reference

I can't believe that Revit handles elevation references this way. Maybe I'm missing something even more fundamental....
If I create an interior elevation in a CALLOUT of a floor plan that is on sheet A4.1, and place the elevation view on sheet A4.10, the view title references back to sheet A1.0.

What gives here?

I think if you turn off the elevation in the view A1.0 (and any other view it is showing) under visibility/graphics, Revit will then reference the elevation to A4.1

Just to add to my post above, you don't have to turn off all elevation tags on that view. Just select the interior elevation tag on that view and use EH to hide it.

Also, remove the view A1.0 from the sheet (so Revit will take the reference from the view A4.1)and then add the view A1.0 to the sheet again.

Your first suggestion works!
I found out that hiding only one elevation marker does not cause the view title to reference correctly.
I didn't try your other suggestion of removing the view and replacing it. Hopefully, I'll never need it.

The second suggestion is useful when you want to keep other elevation marks on the same view. The first suggestion will turn off all the elevation marks because you are unchecking "Elevations" under visibility/graphics overrides. Unfortunately Revit doesn't have a an option to turn off only interior elevation... It is all or nothing.

That said, if you want to keep other elevations tags and just hide one and still have your sheet to be referenced right, you have to follow the second suggestion.
