First, welcome to AUGI.
What version of ACAD LT are you using? I believe older versions had a limit on how big of a spreadsheet could be inserted. I hear (although I haven't tried it yet) the newer versions have fixed this glitch/problem.
The only work around I've come across for this issue is to insert the spreadsheet in smaller sections and then match them up in your drawing. A little tedious but it works.

Hi
Take a look at the following thread in the AutoCAD FAQ (Read only) forum...
Working with OLE (eg Excel) Objects within a drawing file
* AutoCAD version.
* Windows Operating System version.
* Microsoft Office version.
All three of the above play a part in how OLE Objects behave / work in AutoCAD.
Have a good one, Mike
OK!! I GOT IT FIGURED OUT! i tried looking at some of the links, but it seemed that for the most part, it came down to patching multiple spreadsheets. what i found that worked was that if you go to the excel spreadsheet and copy the area you want, then go to the drawing, and EDIT-PASTE SPECIAL, it will paste the entire area that was copied, and it also gives you the option to link. works better than INSERT- OLE.
thanks for your help anyway.
