Question Excel speadsheet limit of proportion as OLE object

I have a drawing to which I linked and excel spreadsheet. The spreadsheet, however, is not completely visible on my drawing. After playing with it, I found that the entire spreadsheet is accessible through this drawing, but not visible. My visibility seems to be limited more by proportion than dimension.

I would prefer not to convert this spreadsheet to another format, because it is engineer provided, and changes often.

Does anyone have any ideas that might help me to adjust that visibility so that I can see the whole table?

Question Re: Excel speadsheet limit of proportion as OLE object

the answer will probably change depending on your release... which versions of Autocad and Excell are you using?

    What about O/S?

See this Autodesk KB article regarding software requirements.

Also consider some of the 3rd party tools that avoid all the OLE complications while maintaining the link between your spreadsheet data and the drawing. We use XL2CAD from http://www.dotsoft.com/xl2cad.htm to import our storm sewer calculation sheets that average 40 columns by 60 rows.

    Good luck
