    Hello Andy,
    As I understand it the Express tools have now been incorporated into the ordinary pull-down menus. I may be wrong, as I only use AutoCAD LT 2007, (so it's not necessarily the same ) Try this to see if it is the same for vanilla AutoCAD;
    Firstly pull any toolbar into your drawing area, then right click on the dark colored part, which will display a list of all toolbars, Now select “Layer II” the layer tools that were in express tools.
    This thread on Express tools may be of help.

    Also check out this thread for some good news about Bonus tools. For some light bedtime reading there’s always the FAQ page.

    Hope this helps,

    Nope, there are still express tools; some of the express tools (specifically the layer tools) have been incorporated into AutoCAD.

    You can either try typing EXPRESSMENU at the command line; or, if that doesn't work, put your install disk in and do a repair, and try to install the express tools again

    Oops,
    Thanks for that reply BrenBren, well I'm glad I can still learn something new each and every day.
    Oh 'n Andy,
    Do take the time to peruse Mike Perry’s post Resolving common issues / problems relating to Express Tools aka the FAQ page. There is a wealth of information on there.

    Please keep us posted, especially if you find the solution.

    Cheers guys!
