just guessing, as I'm using map, but, I had to menuload > acetmain.cui before I could see the express menu. or, do you mean it wasn't installed at all?Originally Posted by jschraud

that didn't work. Express tools shows up but the icons are all question marks....

Also check out this thread. In addition to that, have you tried repairing the install of ABS? It may be missing some files. ANother thing you could try is to type EXPRESSTOOLS or EXPRESSMENU at the command line as this may reload the menu's.

Okay I've done the repair and the problem still exist.

Have you installed Service Pack 2?
