Default Express Tools menu does not show up in AutoCAD 2006

AutoCad 2006: Since my departure from this company, someone else messed with AutoCad set-up. No I am back and the Express Toolbar no longer shows up. I cannot figure out how to re-load it. Anyone? I miss the Freeze button and Isolate layer button!
    Thank you - Patricia.

Not sure about Acad 2006, but in the older versions if a person decided to drop a tool from a tool bar off in space it was gone forever. If that is the case you may have to reload the express tools off of the cd. Is the express menu still there and does it work?

    Hi Patricia,

Is Express CUI loaded? Type CUILOAD at the command prompt and see if EXPRESS is in the list.

If it isn't, cancel, then type expresstools or expressmenu at the command prompt and see if it will load the menu (hopefully it is still installed, otherwise you need the disk).

If it is, cancel, then right click in a blank area where your toolbars are, hover over Express>, and select ET: Layers, and the layer toolbar should display.
