Missing pdfic.cuix pdfmacad.cuix

I just loaded up 2010 and anytime I try to customize a tool bar I get an “Unable to open file ‘pdfic.cuix’. Neither it, nor pdfmacad.cuix are anywhere on my system.

What PDF utilities do you have loaded? If you have Acrobat, use Control Panel's Add/Remove Programs to modify its installation to not include integration with AutoCAD.

Have you found a solution to this issue?
The same thing happened to a few of our people here. It seems to be something left over from when Autocad setup migrated custom settings.
When I tried removing these rogue missing files from the CUI, Autocad would no longer open.

The files did originate from Acrobat Pro, but removing the Autocad related items from the Control had no effect.
