Changing Line Segment by Custom Tagging

Dear Autocad PID experts,
I was wondering one issue at this software:
I created Line segments for each system types and assigned layer/color for each segment.
i.e: DCW - Domestic Cold Water - Blue
CHW - Chilled Water - Green
and etc.
I was wondering is it possible to change the segment of line on the drawing by using tagging option? (Making custom tagging)
For example, I draw DCW line which is blue, then i changed mind and decided to change it to CHW line which it supposed to became green?

Have you looked at P&ID Painter? You should be able to map color by service.
