PROPERTY SET DEFINATION MISSING?

I am trying to put window tags in from the content browser (i have done this many times in the past). but today it does not want to work in any drawing. here is the the message i keep getting:

Moderator the Content Browser is part of AutoCAD Architecture and is not installed with AutoCAD.
Can someone move this thread to the appropriate forum?
